“ I appointed MBAS Architecture as they have done numerous extensions in the Village and have a good reputation. The house is situated within an area of special interest, next to a conservation area and I was concerned that this may have been an issue. MBAS guided me through the planning process and gained an approval for the proposals. During construction there was an issue with the footings as the house is built on a former quarry. This was quickly resolved on site by MBAS, the Builder and an Engineer recommended to me by MBAS. I am very happy with my extension and would have no problem recommending MBAS to anybody. “
