MBAS offer a full package from conception through to completion. From a free initial consultation we produce initial concept sketches which, with the Client’s help, are progressed to drawings suitable for submission to the Local Authority for Planning Approval. Full working drawings are submitted to the relevant Building Control Authority to ensure compliance with the latest Building Regulations. As members of the Society for the Environment, if requested, we can design over and above the current regulations to improve the sustainability of the proposals.
During construction a Project Management service is available upon request.
